Making a Purchase
Making a purchase from the Q Acoustics Website could not be easier. You can add the Q Acoustics to the basket from most pages of this website. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All products offered on the Q Acoustics Website are subject to availability. Should an item or colour finish be out of stock it will be automatically ordered from Armour Home Electronics Limited, and the customer notified and advised of the estimated delivery timescale. The customer has an option to cancel the order should a delay be unacceptable.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro. Payment card details are taken in by the Sage Pay secure checkout, which uses 128 bit encryption. The value of orders placed from outside the United Kingdom will be converted to local currency by the credit card company.
Receipt of orders placed via the internet is confirmed by return e-mail. It does not signify that a contract as yet exists between Armour Home Electronics Limited and the customer. Acceptance of an order, and hence the existence of a contract, is confirmed when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before initiating despatch.
All required fields and sections of the online order forms must be completed with the correct information to avoid subsequent delays in order processing. Entry of customer and payment details is received by the Sage Pay Secure Server and verified for our mutual security. Should proof of identification and/or address be required we will contact you. We will also contact you should any problems arise regarding debit/credit card authorisation.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery. Examples of when we might do so include: where products you have ordered are out of stock; where we have made an error in the description or pricing of any products you have ordered; if the delivery is outside of mainland UK, to a PO Box or Shop and Ship Address; where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated; and if we believe you are under 18. If we decline or cancel an order we will refund the full order value in GBP. Refunds will not compensate for any exchange rate variation from initial purchase.
Orders from Outside the UK
Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside the UK, if any orders are placed for delivery outside the UK we will refund the full order value in GBP. Refunds will not compensate for any exchange rate variation from initial purchase.
Delivery Options
Orders will be scheduled for despatch within 1 to 3 working days from date of acceptance, and must be signed-for on receipt. However, whilst every effort will be made to ensure deliveries are made on the scheduled day,
Armour Home Electronics Limited cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries. This is because we are reliant on external couriers whose actions are beyond our control. In such instances deliveries will be re-scheduled for a mutually convenient date. Please note that all dispatch and delivery times are approximate.
If you have any particular instructions relating to delivery then please state this in the "delivery instructions" box provided on the order confirmation page. For example, if you would like us to leave the products with a neighbour if you are not available to sign for them.
If our courier makes two unsuccessful attempts to deliver the products within agreed time periods then the products will be returned to Armour Home Electronics Limited. Any further attempt at delivery may incur an additional delivery charge, which we will notify to you in advance. We will not make any further attempt at delivery until you have agreed to any additional fee.
As payments are made via credit/debit card, it is vital that the customer provides the exact billing address and telephone number which is held by the card provider. Any incorrect information provided will cause delays in order processing. Orders will only be processed once an authorisation notification has been received from the card company.
Armour Home Electronics Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of ordered products. Products sent to remote parts of the United Kingdom may take longer to deliver.

Armour Home Electronics Limited will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality. Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.
Customers' rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at the following link: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/1491/contents/made.
The above terms do not affect your statutory rights. Warranty claims if you wish to make a claim under the manufacturer's guarantee or in respect of your statutory rights, please contact Armour Home Electronics Limited giving full details of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution to the problem. Usually this will involve our collecting the products from you (in accordance with our returns policy) for a repair or replacement.
Any products that are to be returned to us must be returned in accordance with our returns policy. The version of the returns policy that applies will be the version in force at the time the return is made. Failure to comply with this policy may delay processing of your return and of any refund, repair or replacement.
