Q Acoustics' brilliant design team have clearly achieved the seemingly impossible. To attain the exceptional level of performance, they embraced NXT technology and developed bespoke BMR (Balanced Mode Radiator) drive units. The Q Acoustics' Q-AV speakers are the world's first products to incorporate this state-of-the-art technology.
Advanced BMR drivers have a number of advantages over conventional loudspeakers. Needless to say, like any very high quality loudspeaker, they produce excellent, dynamic, low distortion sound. However, BMR drivers produce this sound from much smaller cabinets than conventional speakers and also boast an 'Ultra-Wide' sound-field. This means listeners can enjoy full home cinema sound from these speakers, anywhere in the room and not just in the 'best seat' as with ordinary speakers.
